Ms. /co/ 2018

Miss /co/ 2018 was the first installment of Ms. /co/, an annual character popularity contest held in 4chan's /co/ board. The competition ran from September 8 to 26 and was hosted by a user known as OP !vLTteyo/Xk. Jenny Wakeman won the championship after defeating Starfire, 164-145, in the final match.

Rules

How to nominate

• To nominate a character, a user must include their name, picture, and series in their post.
• Each valid nomination must garner at least five (5) replies in order to qualify for the contest. These replies are only counted if they are all within a single thread, and do NOT carry over to other threads.

Eligibility Criteria

• Must originate from /co/ media (Western cartoons and comics)
• If two or more separate versions of the same character are nominated, and they have enough qualifying votes to advance into the main bracket, only the version with the most number of votes will advance.
• Character Limit: A max of three (3) girls per series are allowed to qualify into the main bracket, while a maximum of five (5) girls were given to the Marvel, and DC universes separately.

A total of 154 girls were nominated for the qualifier poll. Because of the low number of nominated girls, the franchise restrictions were lifted for this contest.
