Hekapoo
Hekapoo is a character from the 2015-2019 Disney XD and Disney Channel series Star vs. The Forces of Evil. Hekapoo is a waifu whose defining characteristic is her distinctive appearance: a dress-wearing, portal-making, fire-breathing shortstack monster girl, making her a popular subject of many NSFW fan arts (including a few ones submitted in the booru).
Tournament History[edit]
The scissors enforcer has competed in all Ms. /co/ tournaments from 2018 to 2023. She reached the round of 16 as an 11th seed two consecutive times, losing to sixth seeds Raven in 2019 and Jucika in 2020. In the Ms. /co/ntests, she is the most popular character of Star vs., and has attracted vocal supporters throughout the course of her tournament career.
Debuting in the 2018 contest, Hekapoo got the 9th seed but fell victim to a Kim Pine upset in the second round, losing by a mere 3 votes. However, her early exit didn't affect her coming into the 2019 contest. There, she attained the 11th seed and cruised her way into the sweet 16, losing to the eventual runner-up Raven. Hekapoo would repeat this performance in exact fashion the following year, notably winning a rematch against Demencia in the second round by just one vote. She was eventually eliminated in a heated sweet 16 match against newcomer Jucika. Hekapoo has gained several drawfags showing support for her in the 2020 tournament, such as an Eda supporter drawing fan-art depicting the two characters together, and a user drawing a "little monster" for each anon voting for her in the sweet 16 stage.
The aforementioned years would be the peak of her performance, as in subsequent years she was eliminated in the first round in 2021, losing to Karen, she was defeated in the second round in 2022, and defeated in the first round in 2023. Nonetheless Hekapoo remained the most successful Ms. /co/mpetitor of Star vs, as she stood alone as the only series representative in the tournaments in more recent years whereas other characters from the show have since fallen off and failed to qualify.
Unfortunately for Hekapoo, not even she could escape the decline and fall of Star Vs, as surprisingly not a single character from the series managed to qualify in Ms. /co/ 2024. Notably and somewhat humorously, Hekapoo got a few less qualifier votes than the noted Star VS jobber Jackie Lynn Thomas. Regardless this put an end to Hekapoo's perfect attendance, with some noting this as proof of Star VS's fade into irrelevancy.
