Tak

Tak is a character from the Nickelodeon series Invader Zim. She was forced to serve janitorial duty on a dirt planet for 70 years after Zim ruined her Irken Elite training examination, for which she tries to get revenge on him by going undercover to Earth and attempting to usurp his mission. Although Tak herself appears in only one episode of Invader Zim, she makes indirect appearances in future episodes and the comic series in the form of her ship, which she had implanted her personality into.

Tournament History

Tak first appeared in Ms. /co/ 2019, in which her results were enhanced by the release of the Invader Zim movie which had come out earlier that year. This got her a seed of 28 and a first round victory against BW, and a slim victory against Gwenpool in round 2 by just 18 votes. Her invasion of Ms. /co/ was then put to a fiery halt by Azula in round 3.

With the hype of the movie mostly gone in Ms. /co/ 2020, Tak landed a 77 seed and was defeated by Miko Kubota in round 1, putting a quick end to her run that year.

In Ms. /co/ 2021, Tak got a somewhat improved 62 seed, and proceeded to lose round one against Vanessa Doofenshmirtz in a close 16 vote difference match. Although defeated, her presence was still felt in round 2, where in a display of typical Irken sabotage Vanessa was briefly replaced with Tak in the round 2 voting forms. This caused some confusion among early voters, with some voting for and against "Tak" thinking she had actually progressed to round 2.

Tak suffered another round 1 loss in 2022, but did manage to make a win in 2023 against The Last Wish boosted newcomer Goldie before being taken out by fellow Nicktoon and second place seed Toph. Tak would subsequently leave in the first round of both Ms. /co/ 2024 and Ms. /co/ 2025.
