Coraline Jones
Coraline Jones is the titular protagonist of Neil Gaiman's novella Coraline, which was adapted into a 2009 stop-motion animated feature film produced by Laika Studios.
Coraline is best known as the leading female stop-motion representative in Ms. /co/, with 3 tournament berths since 2019. The movie is widely praised for its impressive visuals and engaging storyline. Coraline's best result happened in the 2020 contest, where she took advantage of several early upsets in her bracket to sneak into the fourth round as a 25th seed, before being eliminated by returning Elite 8 member Starfire. In 2021 she was seeded 16th -- her highest seed yet -- but lost in round 3 to Hilda's mum, who would go on to defeat Frankie later to reach the elite eight.
Her next eligible contest will be in Ms. /co/ 2022.
