Sara Bellum
Sara Bellum, also known as Ms. Bellum, is a character from the Cartoon Network animated series The Powerpuff Girls. She is the secretary of the Mayor of Townsville and a valuable ally of the Powerpuff Girls; she is regarded as the "brains behind the man" by the Mayor himself. Bellum appears as a tall voluptuous redhead whose face is never shown onscreen (except for a brief glimpse in one episode).
Miss Bellum has made three appearances in Ms. /co/ tournaments except 2019, where she wasn't even nominated. Her breakout match happened in the 2020 edition when she took down #8 seed Hilda in the first round, which developed her reputation as a low-seeded but dangerous opponent to face. This standing was proven in 2021 after she blew out Vivziepop's Charlie before upsetting #2 seed and Elite 8 member Azula in round 2.
