Black Hat
Black Hat is the protagonist of the Mexican Cartoon Network show Villainous, and is voiced (in both Spanish and English) by the show's creator Alan Ituriel. He is portrayed as the manager of his namesake Black Hat Organization, a company that mainly offers products and services to fellow villains.
Tournament history[edit]
Black Hat's first Mr. /co/lympus appearance was in 2020 where he nearly came 5 votes short of upsetting Disney's Stitch in his debut match. His second appearance in 2021 was an afterthought, having been disposed of by veteran Donald Duck. After missing the 2022 contest, presumably for sabbatical reasons, Black Hat returned in 2023's randomised bracket. Despite placing the bottom of qualified nominees as usual, he finally started winning matches, defeating toy cowboy Woody and laughing dog guy Goofy before being thwarted in Round 3 by Dale Gribble, his first opponent that is not Disney-affiliated.
More recently, Black Hat gained notoriety for being implicated in the so-called NightShiftAnon incident on early 2024, since he was revealed as one of the host's favourite characters. Whether this will make him a pariah, boost his popularity, or simply return to his Round 1 jobber ways, remains to be seen on Mr. /co/lympus 2024.
