Shaggy
Norville "Shaggy" Rogers is one of the main characters of the Scooby-Doo animated media franchise. He has competed in two Mr. /co/lympus tournaments, being the first male character ever to reach the Elite Eight twice, getting 5th in 2018, and 7th in 2020. As a result, he is regarded as one of the strongest contenders, and notably beat J. Jonah Jameson in a close victory in 2020.
It is believed Shaggy is fueled by latent Saiyan powers, something which was made canon with the intro of 2021's animated Mortal Kombat.
