Hekapoo is a supporting character from the 2015 Disney XD and Disney Channel series Star vs. The Forces of Evil.
Even though the show's reputation in the /co/ board declined through the years, Hekapoo has proven her status as the most popular waifu of Star vs. as shown through her consistent performance in the Ms. /co/ntests. In the 2018 edition, she fell victim to a Kim Pine upset in the second round, losing by a mere 3 votes. This loss didn't affect her in the 2019 edition however as she cruised to the Sweet 16 as an 11th seed, only to be stopped by the eventual runner-up Raven.
Hekapoo then replicated last year's performance in exact fashion in 2020, advancing to the Sweet 16 yet again as an 11th seed, a run which included a one-vote rematch win against Demencia in the second round. During the Sweet 16 stage, some Hekapoo fans got into a heated conflict with fans of Jucika, and several drawfags have created fanarts in an effort to send her into the elite eight, such as (among others) an anon drawing a monster for every anon showing support for her. In the end however, Hekapoo still lost.
The Scissors Enforcer will be eligible in the 2021 edition of Ms. /co/.
