Pacifica Northwest
Pacifica Northwest is a character from the Disney Channel and XD's animated series Gravity Falls.
A rich, popular, and snobby blonde girl who eventually redeems herself, Pacifica has proven herself as the series' strongest contestant in the Ms. /co/ tournaments, consistently getting good results in the qualifying rounds. Despite this, she has never made it past the third round three consecutive times (2018, 2019, 2020).
The Northwest child will be eligible for Ms. /co/ 2021, where she will attempt to break past her third-round curse and reach the sweet sixteen (or better).
