Amaterasu is the player character of Capcom's 2006 video game Ōkami. She is nicknamed "Ammy" or "Amako" for short.
Tournament History
Ammy debuted in the the 2019 edition of Queen /v/ making it to round 4 before losing to the eventual champion, Samus Aran.
Her luck seemed to increase in the following year however as she made it to Semi-Finals after narrowly beating out Cirno by 2 votes. She would lose the Semi-Finals to the runner-up Tifa Lockhart but win the 3rd place consolation match against 2B by 9 votes.
In 2022 she would reach the third round but be defeated by the #1 seed and champion of the tournament, Midna.
Amaterasu will be eligible again in 2023.
