In the context of Western waifu tournament, one would imagine that ''RWBY'' girls would be popular because of its Animesque designs and plenty of female characters, but this is not the case on 4chan's /co/ board. Despite having a general thread dedicated to them (which has been recently banished to /trash/), no ''RWBY'' girl has ever qualified for the main bracket of [[Ms. /co/ Tournaments|Miss /co/]] to date.
Ruby, being the main character, is seen as the series' best hope to become the first such representative. She has been successfully nominated since 2019, and came the closest in when she placed with votes.
