Wario has been one of the most successful King of /v/ contestants so far, making Elite Eight both times he's been in. He debuted in [[King of /v/ 2019|2019]] where he made his way to Elite Eight after narrow victories against the [[King of All Cosmos]] and [[Funky Kong]], before being eliminated by [[Phoenix Wright]] in the ~~quarter-finals~~. In the 5th-8th consolation match, he got the most amount of 8th place votes, putting him at the bottom of the original Elite Eight.
