'''Frances "Frankie" Foster''' is a character from the 2004 Cartoon Network series ''Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends''. She has competed in two [[Ms. /co/]] tournaments. In [[Ms. /co/ 2018|2018]] she lost in the third round in a close match to the eventual winner [[Jenny XJ9]]. She came back in [[Ms. /co/ 2019|2019]] in a dominant performance (notably beating [[Dr. Mrs. The Monarch|both]] the [[Queen Tyr'ahnee|finalists]] of the [[Ms. /co/ 2020|next year's Ms. /co/]] in a row) until losing to [[Spinel]] in the semifinals, but going on to easily obtain 3rd place against [[Shego]]. Frankie has long been considered a strong contender for the title of Ms. /co/, only having ever lost a match-up to the final winners. Frankie returned as a pre-tournament favorite in the [[Ms. /co/ 2021|2021 contest]] and received the first overall seed, but was ultimately eliminated by Johanna in the Sweet Sixteen.

 

As Frankie was eliminated before the Elite Eight in 2021, she will next be eligible to compete in Ms. /co/ in 2022.
