'''Amity Blight''' is a character from the 2020 Disney[[Terminology#DTVA|DTVA]] series ''The Owl House'' created by Dana Terrace. SheInitially isintroduced aas student ofan "Hexside Academy"antagonist, a school for training witches. Amity is introduceda asstudent anof antagonist,Hexside Academy who takingtakes pride in her prodigious magical abilities and her status as the "top student", and looks down on other students beneath her. However, her arrogant attitude later softens upchanges after she meets the protagonist [[Luz]], and eventually servingdevelops asromantic herfeelings lovefor interesther. According to the show's creator, Amity is intended to be a lesbian, and her romantic relationship with Luz is one of the main draws of the series.

Since then she has failed to qualify for any succeeding years despite the efforts of and surprisingly fell behind Luz who qualified in 2023; both failed to qualify in 2022.
