'''Miss Sara Bellum''' is a character from the Cartoon Network animated series ''The Powerpuff Girls''. She is the secretary of the Mayor of Townsville who performs most of the Mayor's responsibilities on his behalf, and is also a valuable ally of the Powerpuff Girls. Bellum appears as a tall voluptuous redhead woman whose face is never shown onscreen (except for a brief glimpse in one episode).
The secretary has made three appearances in [[Ms. /co/ tournaments]] except in [[Ms. /co/ 2019|2019]], where she wasn't even nominated. She gained a reputation as a low-seeded but dangerous opponent after she took down #8 seed [[Hilda]] in the first round of the [[Ms. /co/ 2020|2020 contest]]. Bellum would later produce a standout performance in [[Ms. /co/ 2021|2021]], which included feats such as upsetting #2 seed [[Azula]] in a round 2 blowout, winning the closest match of the tournament against [[Alice]] in round 4 (by 7 votes), and taking down fellow secretary [[Miss Pauling]] to reach the semi-finals, where she lost to [[Betty Boop]] and [[Hilda]] to claim fourth place. But like many [[Elite 8]] girls from 2021, Bellum's run was plagued by accusations of spite-votes, psyops, and false flagging, especially during her round 3 match against Peruvian opponent [[ENA]].
