'''Ms. /co/ 2021''' was the fourth edition of the annual [[Ms. /co/ Tournaments|Ms. /co/]] event, and the seventh character tournament overall. The competition began with the nominations on '''''September 10''''', 18:00 Eastern Standard Time. (22:00 UTC). The final results were released on '''''September 19''''', 20:06 EST. The tournament was won by ''Fleischer Studios' '' '''[[Betty Boop]]''' after defeating ''Hildafolk's ''[[Johanna]] by 10 votes in the final match. This makes Betty the oldest-ever champion as she first appeared in 1930, which predates [[Mr. /co/lympus 2020|2020 Mr. /co/]] winner [[Tom Cat]]'s creation by 10 years. Meanwhile, Johanna's daughter [[Hilda]] claimed third place over ''The Powerpuff Girls''<nowiki>'</nowiki> [[Miss Bellum]] in the consolation match.

The 2021 edition was marked by even more strategic voting as most of the perceived contenders, high seeds, and fan-favourites were eliminated earlier than expected, causing the voter turnout to decrease after each round as fans lost interest; the final match had roughly 2/3rds as many votes as the first round. Because of this, some anons have found the results to be "mediocre" and "boring". Furthermore, many of the tournament's surviving girls, especially the completely new [[Elite Eight (Mr. and Ms. /co/)|Elite Eight]] roster, were deemed "unremarkable", "relatively obscure", or only supported by "recency bias" and/or memes. However, the contest's reputation among anons was somewhat improved by the final's unexpectedly close result and a resurgence in fan art towards the end.

The tournament saw a new highest seed to be eliminated in the first round: #3 seeded [[Loona]], who was voted out by being a furry character from a Vivziepop show; her loss set the tone for the year's general theme of "upsets". In addition, a group of championship contenders dubbed by anons as "Team F.A.R.T.S." ([[Frankie Foster|Frankie]], [[Azula]], [[Raven]], [[Toph Beifong|Toph]], [[Shego]]) emerged as a dominant topic in the discussion threads, but their unfortunate acronym and fetishists co-opting the word led its members to be steadily eliminated, culminating in its last two remaining members, #1 seed Frankie and #4 seed Shego, losing in the sweet 16.
