The '''3rd edition''' of the annual [[Ms. /aco/ tournaments|Ms. /aco/ tournament]] took place in September of 2023 following the closure of [[Ms. /co/ 2023]]. Ms. /aco/ 2023 continued a rather odd history for /aco/ tournaments. The event was initially held on /aco/ proper, but encountered problems with moderation due to "eastern" content, and would continue to even after said "eastern" content was banned from the tourney. As a result the event was moved to /trash/ where qualifiers onward to finals was held. There anon's (mostly) posted their lewds in peace. The finale came down to noted plants /v/idya girl [[Kanna]] and /co/'s highly popular furry girl [[Loona]], and would end in a significant Loona victory. Loona's dominance may be widely attributable to her consistent and prolific drawfag anon throughout the tourney.

It marked the second furry winner as well after Rouge the Bat, meaning now two of the three /aco/ winners were technically banned on /aco/. The mod issue's the host ran into also dissuaded their attempts at another /aco/ tourney the next year. These factors as well as almost the entirety of the event being held on /trash/ have led some to retroactively consider Ms. /aco/ 2023 more properly the first Ms. /trash/.
