}}The '''Librarian''' is a recurring character from the 2018 Netflix animated series ''Hilda''. She was created for the cartoon and its tie-in novel adaptations, and does not appear in the original Luke Pearson graphic novel. As her name indicates, she is a librarian with an uncanny ability to find the exact book that Hilda and company are looking for. She has black and purple hair and usually displays a calm personality, although she can be quite stern at times. The character becomes the main focus of season 2 episode 3 aptly titled "The Witch", where she is revealed to be a witch named '''Kaisa'''.
