/v/ Co-op Tournament 2026, or just Co-op 2026, was the fourth edition of the /v/ Co-op Tournament, held on plus4chan's /tnt/ (Tournaments and Events) board. For the most part, things went smoothly. However, the hosts made a small mistake and accidentally advanced a team that lost Round 1 into the Round 2 poll.
The winners of this year's tournament were the much-hyped Partners in Crime, consisting of Wario and Waluigi. With this, Wario made a quick and triumphant comeback, after narrowly losing the final round of King of /v/ 2025. Meanwhile, Waluigi now boasts a second tournament victory under his (plumber's) belt.

This format is called Approval voting. After the round ends, 128 pairs with the most votes will advance into the bracket. Ties are broken by whoever gets properly nominated earlier.
