In [[Mr. /co/lympus 2019|2019]], Bugs dipped to a 15th seed, and after three rounds of swift victories, with only some competition from [[Zuko]] in Round 3, Bugs faced off against [[Zim|Invader Zim]] in one of the most notable matches of the tournament. Entitled [[The Trap-Off]], the round was noted for quick-paced banter and crossdressing images. Bugs won the round to make the first [[Elite Eight]] appearance from a golden age cartoon character in any tournament, but would lose the next round to [[Courage]], gaining an eventually 6th place finish.

In [[Tag-Team Tournament 2020|2020]], Bugs teamed up with his occasional rival, best friend and bantering partner [[Daffy Duck]] as part of ''Duck Season, Rabbit Season''. Despite discussion of them being strong contenders to be champions, the duo was eventually kicked out in round 3 by [[Spongebob]] and [[Patrick]].
